Baker’s Best proofer can be customized to fit your rack capacity or space requirements. It is ideal for any use, from wholesale operations to small bakeries. Our proofer is built in stainless steel and exterior shell in double-wall sheet metal with insulating cavity. Heat and humidity are produced by a special unit and circulate by fans through the entire product area providing uniform rising to all types of products.
