VOLTA COMBINATION RACK/DECK OVEN SYSTEM
The Volta system combines the efficiency of a rack oven’s loading and unloading operation, together with the traditional baking quality of a deck oven. The perfect oven for any type of product whether it is for bread, pastry or confectionery.
Trays are loaded by a special trolley and are placed directly on the soles of the oven (patented system), for excellent steam production throughout the baking area.
