Baker’s Best Automatic Roll Production Line is a special system for making bread from 1.4 oz. to 56 oz. with a production cycle up to 5,400 pieces per minute. It is comprised of three pieces of equipment: divider/rounder, intermediate proofer and bread molder. Its compact design and user friendliness makes it suitable for any wholesale or retail bakery operations.
